Last year when I cut the roasts out I always find some thin strips that rather than grinding them into burger, I saved as steaks. Very good idea. A simple meal grilled 2 min on each side after a one hour marinate in Kikomon with Rice and homemade Slaw and a low calorie delish meal is done.
