I went to work Halloween dressed as a bag lady and NO ONE knew who I was.  I was Nursing Supervisor and I just went around with my shopping cart, entered every room on every unit and smoked things over to see everything was alright.  And no one had a clue.
 
It was soo funny!!! I had on my son's football shoes, hose rolled down below my knees, an oversized dress I bought at the Salvation Army for 25c and an old hat they threw in the bag for me. I used a piece of hay bale string for the belt.  I used makeup to make me look old, a grey wig and wore an old pair of outdated glasses. (course I had my good ones in an old ragged pocket book should something happen I need them) It was a HOOT!!!
 
I won the prize for the best costume and when I unveiled myself everyone nearly had a stroke!!!:D

Happy Halloween everyone. I hope that your costumes are warm as it's snowing like it tends to do on Halloween in Colorado. I wish that I'd taken a picture of my pumpkin with the digital camers. oh well, I'll post it at a later time.

This is about as scary as it got around here this year. Most parents take their kids to controlled venues these days. Parties, mall, church and such. Can't blame them what with all the crazy goings on today.
