In the third one, you can see the nuthatch YOY (young of the year) refuse to feed itself and the parent(s) giving in and feeding it. Similarly, the downy woodpecker YOY refuses to feed itself. However, the woodpecker 'urges' the juvenile to eat by gently pecking near the youngster's tail. To no avail. The parent still gives in and feeds the juvenile.

There are five species of birds to be seen in these videos:
1) Chickadee (Poecile atricapillus)
2) White crowned sparrow (Zonotrichia leucophrys)
3) Northern Junco (Junco hyemalis hyemalis)
4) Nuthatch (Sitta canadensis), and
5) Downy woodpecker (Dryobates pubescens)

There are also hairy woodpeckers visiting, but I don't think they made it into the videos. I've been making a lot of videos lately and don't recall the contents of each of them.

If you don't want to spend the time watching the videos in real-time, you can speed them up by 2x. When in YouTube, look at the lower right-hand corner of the images. You should see something that looks like a 'gear'. Click on that and you will see some "speed" options. The fastest is 2x. You can zoom through the videos and slow it down to watch the species or behavior in which you are most interested.
