Nikon Tactical 4x-16x-50mm Mil-Dot

I rather like the look of this scope: http://www.nikonsportoptics.com/prod...0&product=6689
What are your thoughts on it? 1/4 MOA click adjustments, 30mm tube, U.S Army style Mils.
Does anyone know if this reticle is first-focal plane or second?

Or how about the 2.5x-10x-44mm? Any comments on this one?
