Firearms, Alternative Methods opens Saturday and stays open until the 1st of January. So I sighted in my 50 cal Knight Disc yesterday And I'm ready as can be. The weather looks pretty decent through Christmas so my chances of at least a fat doe look good. I still have my buck tag as well. So far this year, I have not turned the safety off!

Good luck, Rick. Our ML season is over this year. Best I remember seniors can use a crossbow till around the last of Jan. here. Regular archery season runs from the first part of Sept. till around the third week of Jan. 2019. Just about anything is legal for the regular gun season. Any centerfire rifle, pistol, shotgun, ML or air gun of 35 caliber or larger, crossbow or regular archery. I don't know about a spear but slingshots are only legal for small game.   .......Paul H
